Diego Delgado is a graphic designer and audiovisual artist born in Madrid. After studying film and design, his curiosity led him to explore other disciplines related to image, sound and creativity as a self-taught practitioner. He has specialised in photography, video and code, fascinated by both their technical and artistic possibilities.

Having lived in A Coruña, Barcelona and Berlin, he is currently based in Porto, where he combines his freelance work with his artistic and musical practice. In 2012, he founded OCTUBRE.TV in Barcelona, a platform dedicated to documenting independent music scenes through productions and collaborations with local artists.

During his years in Berlin, he released music under the alias CICCONE. In 2025, he released Agua Pesada, his first album under his own name, developed between Berlin and Porto over the course of nearly two years. His music creates a delicate, immersive space built from transformed field recordings, cyclical synthesiser frequencies and loops of distorted electric guitar.

He has also worked as a music producer, sound engineer and arranger on the first two albums by Galician artist Lucía Aldao, Pava I & II (2021 and 2022), and composed the music and created the sound design for the documentary essay for here am i sitting in a tin can far above the world, directed by Gala Hernández (France, 2024).

His artistic practice brings together image and sound, encompassing sound installations, experimental video, cinematography for music videos and music documentaries.
